Myth – To loose weight you must only do cardio machines/walking and no weights!

Fact – Weights are vital to everybody looking to loose weight and change their body shape.

The thought of weights puts many people off as they believe they will gain muscle mass and look big. This is not true. It is very difficult to grow muscle, in fact only 7% of women in world have the capability to gain muscle. What the weight training will do is allow you to gain more muscle to fat ratio and therefore burn more fat/calories even when you’re sat at work or home.
