Jim Thorp is Birmingham’s leading Corrective Exercise Specialist. Corrective exercise is the form of exercise that deals specifically with restoring correct function to the body. It forms the basis of most of Jim’s training because by restoring normal function to the body, the chances of successfully removing pain, improving performance and appearance is dramatically increased.
Jim works hard to help his clients understand why they are in their current position and what they can do themselves, and with Jim, to maximise their results. Ultimately he sees his clients grow, learn and understand more about their own bodies and how to look after themselves with less and less guidance from him.
