Healthy eating from the inside out, the life coach way!
Why not stop those fad diets that just don’t last and do something that will really help the waistline and make you feel alive for life. Here are 5 simple pointers all you need to do is get out there and live it!
- Eat foods that are alive and minimally processed y humans. Such as meat, fish, beans, pulses, fruit, vegetables and eggs. These foods give the body vital nutrition to optimise health.
- As much as possible, cook from scratch so you know what you are eating. We eat approximately our own body weight in chemicals each year, cooking yourself allows you to have greater control over this.
- Minimise the intake of bread, pasta and cereals as they respond like sugar in the body and do not provide the body with nutrition, only calories.
- Drink a minimum of 1.5 litres of water a day. This is how much we loose per day and water is essential for weight loss and vitality.
Eat regularly and sensible size portions to prevent fat being stored. The body will always protect itself and, if you skip meals, the body stores the next meal as fat no matter how healthy it is.
