Such as meat, fish, beans, pulses, fruit, vegetables and eggs. These foods give the body vital nutrition to optimise health.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">As much as possible, cook from scratch so you know what you are eating. We eat approximately our own body weight in chemicals each year, cooking yourself allows you to have greater control over this. </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">Minimise the intake of bread, pasta and cereals as they respond like sugar in the body and do not provide the body with nutrition, only calories.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">Drink a minimum of 1.5 litres of water a day. This is how much we loose per day and water is essential for weight loss and vitality.</span></li>
